You’ve found Thaniel the Spaniel’s online home!

Thaniel shares this website with me, author Deborah (Deb) Bence Boerema. Thaniel is the main character in my children’s Christmas book, The Innkeeper’s Dog. He grew up feeling sad, jealous, angry, and unimportant because he was the only animal in the stable who missed seeing Baby Jesus. The story tenderly tells how Thaniel’s friends and the innkeeper’s son help him feel special and realize all the gifts he has to offer. If you want to find out more about Thaniel’s life before the Internet, you’ll have to read the book!

By the way, Thaniel and I both love children. There are a lot of children in the world who, like Thaniel, need some help to feel special and realize all the gifts they have to offer. You can be that source of help by clicking on the link to the right and searching for a child to share your love with through Compassion International.
